Tata Consultancy Services is conducting a walk-in drive in Bengaluru for Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultants. This is a senior-level technical consulting opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, particularly those who can work across both functional requirements and technical solutions. The role is suitable for candidates who have worked on implementation, support, enhancements and integrations rather than candidates with only basic Oracle knowledge.

Professionals with 5 to 13 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud can apply. A B.Tech/B.E. qualification is specified for the position. Candidates with experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects will be preferred. Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills are also expected.

This is an experienced techno-functional position, so candidates should have practical Oracle Fusion Finance project experience rather than only certification or theoretical knowledge.

Job Summary

About the Role

A Techno Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Finance works between the business and technical teams. The work is not limited to configuring Oracle modules. Candidates are expected to understand business requirements, convert them into Oracle Fusion solutions and coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting and other system requirements.

The role can involve Oracle Fusion Financials configuration, implementation and support, along with requirement discussions, solution design, testing and client interaction. Experience with complete implementation projects is particularly relevant for this position.

Technical & Functional Experience Required

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud and a good understanding of financial processes. Knowledge of Chart of Accounts (COA), Subledger Accounting (SLA), multi-currency processing, tax configuration and Subledger-to-General Ledger flows is important.

Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and reporting frameworks is also expected. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Ledger can be useful for the role.

Candidates should also be comfortable with requirement gathering, business process mapping, preparing functional specifications and participating in client or stakeholder discussions.
