Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work with senior developers and other members of the technology team on ongoing software projects. The role is designed to give freshers practical exposure to software development, testing and application support.
Your responsibilities may include assisting in developing, testing and maintaining software applications. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and learn how software development projects are planned and executed.
The role also involves debugging application issues and identifying possible solutions. You may be required to understand problems reported by the technical team, investigate the issue and work towards fixing it with proper guidance.
Interns will also participate in application testing and quality checks to make sure applications work as expected. Depending on project requirements, you may assist with API integration, API troubleshooting and technical support activities.
You will also get an opportunity to understand business requirements and contribute to suitable technical solutions. Working closely with senior developers will help you learn development best practices, improve your coding skills and develop better problem-solving abilities.
