Omega Healthcare is conducting a mega walk-in drive in Bangalore for freshers for its Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The company has 100 openings for candidates with 0–1 year of experience. The position is suitable for graduates from BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BE and B.Tech backgrounds. The role is based at Omega Healthcare Head Office, Wind Tunnel Road, Bangalore, with a take-home salary of ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month.

The opening is for an AR Executive – Voice Process in the US healthcare process. Selected candidates will contact US insurance payers to resolve claim issues, review payments and adjustments, identify recurring issues and support reprocessing activities. The role also involves handling patient account issues, maintaining process records and participating in RCM training.
