Micro Labs is conducting a walk-in interview at its sterile manufacturing plant in Bommasandra, Bangalore, on 29th August 2026. The company is hiring experienced candidates for Production, Packing, Microbiology and Engineering departments.

The openings are available for positions ranging from Technical Staff and Officer to Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager and Manager. Candidates with relevant experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, packing, microbiology or plant engineering can attend the interview.

This recruitment is only for male candidates, as mentioned in the job notification. Freshers are not eligible for these positions.

Job Summary

Production Jobs

Micro Labs has openings for Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive and Assistant Manager positions, along with Technical Staff.

For the officer-level positions, candidates should have B.Pharm, M.Pharm or M.Sc with 2–8 years of relevant experience. The role involves sterile-area production, batch manufacturing and filling activities, including exposure to 3-piece, BFS eye drops and injectable manufacturing.

Technical Staff positions require ITI, Diploma in Engineering or Diploma in Pharmacy with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have experience operating sterile-area equipment such as ampoule/vial washing and filling machines, 3-piece filling machines, BFS machines and autoclaves.

Packing Jobs

Micro Labs is also hiring for its sterile product packing operations.

Officer

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Vacancy: 5
• Experience in sterile product secondary packing is required.
• Knowledge of sterilisation and SAP is preferred.

Technical Staff

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 3–5 years

Microbiology Jobs

Micro Labs is hiring Executive, Senior Executive and Assistant Manager candidates for its microbiology department.

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
• Experience: 4–12 years
• Vacancy: 10
• Experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.
• Work includes microbiology analytical activities such as MLT, BET and stability, environmental monitoring and QMS activities.
