About the Role
As a Field Associate, you will work directly in the field to identify and onboard unlisted restaurants/businesses for Flipkart Minutes. The role involves managing an assigned territory, meeting potential partners every day and handling the onboarding process from start to finish.
Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets, daily field visits and relationship-building. Around 10–15 businesses may need to be visited every day. Candidates with prior field sales experience can apply. Experience in FMCG, insurance, banking/credit cards, food-tech or similar sales roles is preferred.
Kannada, Hindi and English communication is mandatory. Candidates must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling across their assigned area. Petrol expenses will be reimbursed.
