Job Role & Who Can Apply
This walk-in drive is mainly for candidates who already have experience in retail operations, warehouse management, logistics, FMCG, QSR, manufacturing, or supermarket operations. Depending on the role, selected candidates will manage daily store or warehouse activities, supervise staff, monitor inventory, ensure products are available on shelves, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidates applying for warehouse roles should be comfortable handling inventory, stock movement, receiving and dispatch activities, loading and unloading supervision, warehouse safety, and maintaining proper records. Those applying for the Floor Officer position will be responsible for leading large store teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring product displays are properly arranged, checking hygiene standards, following store processes, and supporting store audits whenever required.
For the Purchase Officer role, D Mart is looking for candidates who have experience in the FMCG sales or purchasing field and can coordinate product buying activities while maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
Applicants should have at least 4 years of relevant experience for Operations and Warehouse roles, while Purchase Officer candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of FMCG-related experience. Good team handling skills, leadership ability, and knowledge of retail or warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
