Job Role & Who Can Apply
As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes. Depending on the patient’s medical condition, your daily work may include checking vital signs like blood pressure and temperature, giving medicines on time, wound dressing, injections, feeding support, post-surgery care, elderly care, and helping patients with their daily activities. You will also observe the patient’s condition, keep simple health records, and update doctors or family members whenever required.
This role is suitable for nurses who enjoy helping people, have patience, and can build trust with patients and their families. Freshers who have completed their nursing qualification are also welcome to apply.
Candidates should have basic nursing knowledge, good patient care skills, and a caring attitude. You should be able to communicate politely with patients and their family members, follow doctor’s instructions carefully, maintain proper hygiene, and handle patients responsibly. Basic record-keeping skills, patience, and willingness to travel to patient locations are also important for this role.
