Walk-in Drive In Tech Mahindra For Voice, Chat & Semi-Voice Process

Tech Mahindra is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive in Bangalore for multiple customer support roles in the E-commerce and Healthcare domains. The company is hiring for Voice Process, Chat Process, Semi-Voice (Voice & Mail), making this a good opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates.

The openings are available for candidates who have completed PUC (10+2) or Graduation. Freshers can apply for the Voice and Semi-Voice roles. While candidates applying for the Chat Process should have at least one year of chat support experience. Depending on the process, employees will work in day shifts or rotational shifts with five working days every week.

For Voice and Semi-Voice processes, freshers can apply. But for the Chat process, candidates must have 1 year of experience in chat support. All the 3 roles will have 5 days work schedule, with 2 days of rotational off.

Job Roles & Who Can Apply

Tech Mahindra is hiring for three different customer support processes. Candidates can choose the role based on their experience and language skills.

Voice Process (Healthcare)

In this role, you will answer customer calls, understand their concerns, provide the required information, and help resolve issues. You will communicate with customers professionally while maintaining service quality. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. You must have good English communication skills along with at least one regional language such as Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, or Assamese.

Semi-Voice Process (Voice & Mail)

This role combines voice calls and email support. You will handle customer calls, reply to emails, update customer records, and ensure every query is resolved correctly. The process mainly supports E-commerce customers.

Freshers and experienced candidates with good English and Hindi communication skills are eligible to apply.

Non-Voice Chat Process

As a Chat Support Executive, you will assist customers through live chat without handling voice calls. You will answer product and order-related questions, resolve customer issues, guide users, and provide quick responses while managing multiple chats at the same time.

This role requires at least one year of previous chat support experience. Freshers are not eligible for the Chat Process.

Basic Skills Required

Candidates should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Good typing speed, problem-solving ability, customer handling skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements will be useful. Candidates applying for Chat Process should be comfortable handling multiple conversations at the same time. Voice and Semi-Voice candidates should have clear speaking skills, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude. The company is looking for candidates who are willing to learn and work as part of a team.
