Job Role & Who Can Apply
As a Process Executive – Data Process, you will work with business data instead of handling regular customer support calls. Your daily work may include checking documents, updating business records, researching information from websites, verifying data, correcting errors and maintaining accurate information in company systems. Some projects may also require outbound verification calls or simple communication with customers when needed.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates who enjoy working with computers, business information and online research. Candidates from BCom, BBA, BBM and BCA backgrounds who have good English communication skills and basic computer knowledge can apply.
Candidates should be comfortable using MS Office, browsing the internet and understanding written instructions. Good typing speed, attention to detail, analytical thinking and the ability to work accurately are important for this role. The company also expects candidates to work well in a team, learn new processes quickly and be flexible to work in rotational or night shifts.
