About the Role
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will work on Generative AI and advanced machine learning projects, with a strong focus on how AI models can be used to solve real business problems. The role includes working with LLMs, advanced RAG systems, NLP and transformer-based models and developing solutions that can understand and generate useful information.
A major part of the position is also related to Agentic AI, where AI systems can be designed to perform tasks, use tools and follow multi-step workflows instead of simply generating a response to a prompt. Knowledge of technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex and vector databases is therefore relevant to this position.
The role also requires a strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning, including areas such as NLP and OCR. Experience with Generative AI models such as transformers, GANs and VAEs will be valuable. Professionals should also have experience using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
