Major Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls from international clients and providing support for their queries related to e-commerce services. The role involves understanding customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.
The position also requires maintaining accurate customer records, following company guidelines during every interaction, achieving service quality standards, and working closely with the team to deliver timely resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role should:
- Be a graduate or undergraduate from a recognized institution.
- Be a fresher or have prior work experience in customer support or BPO.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
