Job Role & Who Can Apply
As an International Voice Process Associate, you will assist customers from international markets by answering their queries over phone calls. Most of the customer requests will be related to online shopping orders, product information, delivery updates, returns, refunds, account issues, and payment-related queries.
You will be expected to understand customer concerns, provide the right solution, and ensure every interaction is handled politely and professionally. This role is suitable for candidates with excellent spoken English, good listening skills, and a customer-friendly attitude. One good thing is that candidates do not need to have completed Graduation for this. Even if you are an undergraduate with good communication skills and customer-obsessed, you can still give it a try for this role.
