MIS Executive means Management Information System, one who manages, analyses, and presents business data to drive decision-making.
As a Senior MIS Executive, you will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports that help the operations team track business performance. You will collect data from different teams, organize it using Excel, create dashboards, and generate reports like agent performance, attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity reports.
This role is suitable for candidates who already have experience in BPO MIS reporting and are comfortable working with large sets of data. You should be able to identify trends, prepare accurate reports, and support the operations team with useful business insights.
Skills Required
Candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Experience in BPO MIS reporting
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF and other Excel formulas
