The Mutual Fund Voice Process role at Startek involves providing inbound customer support for SBI Mutual Fund customers. Selected candidates will handle customer calls and emails related to mutual fund products, fund values, transaction status and other account-related queries.

Candidates will also be responsible for explaining mutual fund schemes and assisting customers with Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs). The role may include cross-selling relevant products while ensuring that customer queries are handled professionally and accurately.

Another important responsibility is providing end-to-end support for customer requests related to folio details, redemptions and account statements. Candidates should therefore be comfortable communicating with customers over calls and explaining financial products in a simple and clear manner.

The company is considering both freshers and experienced candidates. B.Com and M.Com freshers are specifically invited to attend the Mega Walk-In Drive. Candidates with relevant experience in customer service, voice process or financial services may also be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Startek Mutual Fund Voice Process should preferably have a B.Com or M.Com qualification. Both freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply for this opportunity.

Applicants should have good communication skills and should be comfortable handling inbound customer calls and emails. Since the process is related to mutual funds, candidates should be willing to learn about financial products, SIPs, fund schemes, transaction processes and customer account-related services.

Selected candidates will work for 6 days a week with Sunday as a fixed weekly off. The job follows rotational day shifts. NISM certification training will also be provided by the company. Freshers can receive a salary of up to ₹23,000 CTC per month, while experienced candidates can receive up to ₹25,000 CTC per month, depending on their profile and experience.
