Job Summary

What Will You Do?

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer calls and support insurance claim-related activities. The work may involve receiving and reviewing claim information, processing claims according to established guidelines, coordinating with relevant teams and helping ensure that cases are handled within the required quality and turnaround standards.

The role also requires employees to maintain process accuracy, meet productivity targets and follow company procedures while dealing with customer and claim-related information.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply. Candidates who have completed 10+2, 10+3, Diploma, Graduation or Postgraduation are eligible, subject to the role requirements.
