The work mainly requires quick understanding, clear written English and the ability to handle multiple customer conversations professionally.
Candidates should have completed PUC or graduation and need at least 6 months of chat process experience. Good English communication and strong thinking ability are important for the role.
This is a work-from-office position with 5 working days, 2 rotational weekly offs and 24/7 rotational shifts. Two-way cab transportation is also provided.
