HCLTech Walk-in Interview in Bangalore for Creo Design Engineer – 15 Openings

HCLTech is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for Mechanical Design Engineers at its Jigani SEZ location in Bangalore. The position is suitable for candidates with 2.5–5 years of experience in mechanical component design and hands-on experience with Creo and SolidWorks. Candidates will work on designing components using different manufacturing processes such as stamping, molding and machining, along with 3D modelling, sheet metal, assemblies and 2D drawings. The role also involves working with Windchill PDM/PLM, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, DFM/DFA, DFMEA and NPI/NPD processes. A Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Role & Responsibilities

The role involves designing and developing mechanical components considering different manufacturing methods such as stamping, molding and machining. Candidates should be proficient in Creo and SolidWorks for creating 3D models, sheet-metal designs, assemblies and 2D drawings.

The position also requires hands-on experience with Windchill PDM/PLM, along with knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis. Candidates should understand manufacturability requirements for sheet-metal and plastic components and be familiar with DFMEA, DFM/DFA, material selection and product risk identification.

Experience with standard NPI/NPD processes and an understanding of relevant compliance requirements will be an advantage.

Eligibility

Candidates with 2.5–5 years of relevant mechanical design experience can apply. A Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required. Strong hands-on knowledge of Creo and SolidWorks, along with experience in component design, manufacturing considerations, GD&T and Windchill PDM/PLM, is expected.
