HCLTech is conducting a Walk-in Drive in Bangalore for the Process Associate – Voice Process role. This hiring is specially for 2024 and 2025 pass-out freshers who are looking to start their career in the International BPO industry. Candidates from Arts, Science, Commerce, and eligible Postgraduate courses can directly attend the walk-in interview on 25th July 2026. Please check the full post for the branches that are not eligible. It’s a 5 Days work from office job, and both side cab facility is provided.

Selected candidates will work in the Order Management department, handling customer queries through voice support. If you have good English communication skills and are comfortable working in US night shifts, this is a good opportunity to join one of India’s leading IT companies.

Job Summary

Job Role & Who Can Apply

As a Process Associate in the International Order Management team, you will handle voice calls from overseas customers regarding their product orders. Your daily work may include placing new orders, checking order status, updating customer information, resolving order-related issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive accurate updates on their purchases.

This role requires excellent English communication, a customer-friendly attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to listen carefully and resolve customer queries professionally. Since you will be working with international customers, you should also be comfortable working in US Night Shifts and handling both inbound and outbound calls.

This hiring is open for Arts and Science graduates and postgraduates, along with MBA (2025), MA (2025), M.Com (2024 & 2025), and other eligible non-technical postgraduate candidates. However, B.E., B.Tech, Engineering graduates, MCA, and M.Sc in Computer Science or IT are not eligible for this walk-in drive.
