Job Role & Who Can Apply
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the first person customers speak with when they need help. Most of your work will involve handling inbound calls from international customers, understanding their problems, and providing the correct solution or guidance.
You may help customers with account-related questions, product information, order updates, basic troubleshooting, or service requests depending on the client you are assigned to. If an issue cannot be solved immediately, you will create a support ticket or forward it to the concerned team while keeping the customer informed.
This role is suitable for freshers who enjoy talking to people, have good listening skills, and want to build a career in the International BPO industry.
Skills Required
