Cognizant is conducting a walk-in drive in Bangalore for Senior AR Callers in its US Healthcare RCM process. This is an experienced voice-process opportunity for candidates who have worked in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) calling, particularly in denial management. The role involves communicating with US healthcare payers to follow up on outstanding claims and resolve payment or denial-related issues.

Candidates with 1.6 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / AR calling can apply. Graduation is mandatory, and relevant experience in denial management and voice-based AR processes is required. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and working in US night shifts. Immediate joiners and candidates with up to 30 days’ notice period are preferred.

Job Summary

What You Will Do

The role mainly involves Accounts Receivable calling for US healthcare clients. You will communicate with insurance companies or payers regarding pending claims, payment issues and denials. Candidates should be comfortable handling denial management, claim follow-ups and payer communication while maintaining accurate records.
