Job Role & Who Can Apply
As an International Blended Process Associate, you will assist customers through voice calls, live chat, and email support. Your responsibility will be to understand customer issues, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will also work with different internal teams whenever an issue needs further support.
Candidates with 1 to 3 years of BPO experience are encouraged to apply. Undergraduate candidates can also attend the walk-in if they have at least 6 months of BPO or travel process experience.
