Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark. The role involves working with Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog and Databricks Workflows, along with developing and optimizing pipelines using PySpark/Scala and Spark SQL.

The position also involves building Structured Streaming pipelines for real-time data processing and working with Azure services such as Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory and Event Hubs. Candidates will also be responsible for CI/CD pipelines using Git, Terraform and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, as well as monitoring pipeline performance through Azure Monitor or Datadog.

Required Skills

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows, PySpark/Scala, Spark SQL and Structured Streaming. Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory, Event Hubs, Git, Terraform, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins and Azure Monitor/Datadog is required.

Eligibility

Candidates with 4–9 years of experience can apply, with the detailed job description specifically asking for 5+ years of hands-on experience in Databricks, Spark, SQL and Python. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience, is preferred.
