Infosys BPM Walk-in In Bangalore For Fraud, Risk & Chargeback Roles – 50 Openings

Infosys BPM is conducting a common walk-in drive in Bangalore on 25th August 2026 for multiple roles in Payment Fraud, Merchant Risk, Disputes and Chargeback operations. There are 4 different hiring requirements under this drive, with a total of 50 openings.

The Payment Fraud Analyst-I role focuses on identifying suspicious merchant transactions, monitoring fraud alerts and taking action to prevent financial losses. Candidates need relevant international experience along with risk or fraud management experience.

The Merchant Risk Analyst-II and Payment Disputes & Risk Officer-I positions are focused on Australian card disputes, chargebacks and merchant risk. Australian process experience is mandatory for these roles.

The Merchant Disputes & Chargeback opening is for candidates with experience in international merchant card disputes and chargebacks, including areas such as representment, pre-arbitration and arbitration.

Job Summary

1. Payment Fraud Analyst-I

This role involves monitoring merchant transactions and fraud alerts to identify suspicious or high-risk activity. Candidates may also investigate transactions, verify information with banks and merchants, recommend appropriate action and work with investigation teams to reduce financial losses.

Who Can Apply? Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in risk and fraud management can apply. International experience is mandatory. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills are required. Immediate to 15 days notice period is preferred.

2. Merchant Risk Analyst-II

This position is related to Australian Card Disputes & Chargeback operations. The work includes reviewing transaction disputes, fraud alerts and suspicious activities, monitoring merchant accounts and supporting risk investigations.

Who Can Apply? Graduates with 2–4 years of experience and mandatory Australian process experience can apply. Candidates should have knowledge of payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention and merchant risk.

3. Merchant Disputes & Chargeback

Infosys BPM is hiring candidates with 1–4 years of experience for international merchant dispute and chargeback operations. The openings cover both Senior Process Executive (1–2 years) and Process Specialist (2–4 years) levels.

The role involves handling merchant disputes across Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, including chargebacks, representment, pre-arbitration and arbitration. Candidates may also work on reason codes, supporting evidence and dispute recovery.

Who Can Apply? Candidates with relevant International Merchant Card Disputes and Chargebacks experience can apply. Knowledge of dispute platforms and chargeback processes will be an advantage.

4. Payment Disputes & Risk Officer-I

This role focuses on Australian Card Disputes & Chargeback and involves handling payment disputes, chargebacks, merchant risk and fraud-related activities. Candidates will review suspicious transactions, support risk investigations and coordinate with merchants and financial institutions.

Who Can Apply? Graduates with 1–2 years of experience and mandatory Australian process experience can apply. Relevant experience in payment disputes, chargeback management, fraud prevention or risk operations is preferred.
