TCS Walk-in Drive for Citizen Service Executive at Passport Seva Kendra | Bangalore & Hubballi

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a walk-in interview for Citizen Service Executive positions at Passport Seva Kendras in Bangalore and Hubballi. This is a non-technical, customer-facing role for candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in data processing or data entry. The work involves handling citizen-related service requests, checking and processing information, working with computer systems, and assisting people at the Passport Seva Kendra. Candidates should be comfortable communicating in English and the regional language, have good keyboard skills, and be able to handle customers patiently and professionally.

The role is suitable for graduates from BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc. and BCA backgrounds. BE, B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA candidates are not eligible for this particular non-technical requirement. Only full-time courses will be considered, and candidates should not have more than 2 years of total gap in education or employment. Candidates who have attended a TCS interview during the last 6 months should not apply.

Candidates attending the walk-in should carry their updated resume, passport-size photograph, PAN card, address proof, ID proof, educational marksheets and certificates, along with previous and current employment documents. Since this is a citizen service role, good communication, customer handling ability, accurate data entry and basic computer knowledge are important.
