Varaa Shree Jewels is conducting a walk-in drive in Bangalore to hire Sales Executives for its jewellery showroom. The company is looking for candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably from the jewellery industry. Job Summary

Job Role & Who Can Apply

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to help customers choose the right jewellery based on their needs and budget. You will explain different jewellery collections, including gold, diamond, and other ornaments, answer customer questions, and guide them during the purchase. You should be confident in demonstrating products, preparing weight and price estimates, and supporting customers until the sale is completed.

You will also assist customers with billing, exchanges, repairs, and other after-sales services whenever required. The company is looking for candidates who can build good relationships with customers, achieve monthly sales targets, and provide a pleasant shopping experience. Candidates with previous experience in jewellery showrooms, retail sales, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales roles will have an advantage.

Candidates should have good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, gemstones, product weight calculation, pricing, showroom sales, retail billing, and after-sales support will be useful. You should be confident in explaining products, handling customer queries, closing sales, and maintaining a professional attitude. A willingness to learn about new jewellery collections and market trends is also important.
