Job Role & Who Can Apply
As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing banking customers through phone calls and digital channels. Your responsibility will be to understand customer financial needs, help them with banking services, and recommend suitable products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment options.
You will also build long-term customer relationships, provide regular account support, generate new business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while delivering a high level of customer service.
This role is ideal for candidates who already have experience in Banking, BFSI, Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship roles and are comfortable working with customer targets and financial products.
Candidates should have good communication skills in English and the local language and enjoy talking with customers. You should have a basic understanding of banking products like savings and current accounts (CASA), loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products. The company is looking for someone who can build good customer relationships, identify customer needs, and suggest the right banking products whenever required.
