Job Role & Who Can Apply
Omega Healthcare is hiring fresh graduates for both voice and non-voice healthcare process roles. Candidates selected for the AR Executive position will communicate with US insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues, update payment records, and support healthcare revenue cycle activities. The Medical Coding & Billing role is a non-voice process where candidates will work on medical billing documentation, review healthcare records, and support ambulance billing operations.
Freshers are welcome to apply for both positions. Applicants should have good English communication skills and be willing to learn the US healthcare process. Candidates must be below 29 years of age and should be available for immediate joining. The voice process requires working in the US night shift, while the medical billing role is a regular day shift.
