Major Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing interior design concepts, space planning, material selection, and detailed design drawings for different projects. The role also involves creating presentation sketches, coordinating with architects and engineering teams, and making sure the designs meet project requirements and client expectations.
Candidates will also work on furniture layouts, lighting concepts, color schemes, finishes, construction drawings, and project documentation. The position requires working closely with different teams to deliver high-quality interior design solutions within project timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role should:
- Have 8 to 20 years of relevant experience in architectural interior design.
- Hold a B.Arch, M.Arch, Interior Design, or related qualification.
- Have good knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other design software.
- Be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Possess good English communication skills.
- Have a strong understanding of space planning, lighting, materials, furniture, and interior detailing.
