Infosys BPM is conducting a walk-in drive in Bangalore for Utility Billing Operations Associate positions on 13 October 2026. The company is hiring candidates with 1–4 years of experience for Senior Process Executive and Process Specialist roles in a Semi-Voice Process.

This opportunity is suitable for graduates with prior international process experience who are comfortable handling billing operations, data validation, email communication and inbound/outbound customer interactions. Infosys BPM Walk-In Interview Summary

The Utility Billing Operations role involves processing and validating utility bills, maintaining billing records, checking account information and resolving billing discrepancies. Selected candidates will also communicate with utility providers, clients and property management teams through phone and email.

Candidates will be responsible for billing validation, reconciliation, exception handling and operational data management. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work with large volumes of billing and resident data.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should be full-time graduates with 1–4 years of total experience. Mandatory experience in an international process is required.

Applicants should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and must be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas, is also required.
