About the Fraud, Disputes & Chargeback Role
Selected candidates will work on transactional dispute cases from intake to final outcome. The role involves reviewing transactions, account activity, customer documents, and other available evidence to determine whether a claim involves third-party fraud, first-party fraud, unauthorized transactions, or merchant disputes.
Candidates will also handle eligible chargebacks using the appropriate reason codes and work on different stages including representment, pre-arbitration, and arbitration. Maintaining complete case notes, documenting evidence, following network timelines, and escalating cases that require higher-level decisions are important parts of the role.
Applicants should preferably have previous experience in card disputes, chargebacks, transactional fraud, customer service back-office operations, or case processing. Experience working with a bank, card issuer, payments back office, or card-network dispute platform such as Mastercom is relevant for this position.
Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must have international process experience, as domestic experience will not be considered for this drive. Applicants should have 1–4 years of overall experience, with relevant exposure to disputes, chargebacks, fraud, back-office operations, or related case processing.
