Infosys BPM is conducting a walk-in interview in Bangalore for Utility Billing Operations Associate (Semi-Voice Process) roles. Job Role

The role involves processing utility bills received through provider websites, portals and client submissions. Selected candidates will validate billing details, service periods, account information and resident data, upload and maintain billing records, and support move-in, move-out and account updates.

The position also includes semi-voice communication with utility providers, property management teams, clients and internal teams through calls and emails. Candidates will follow up on pending bills, billing discrepancies and missing information, while handling inbound and outbound calls related to billing operations.

Candidates will also review utility charges, pre-bills and occupancy records, perform data reconciliation and investigate issues such as missing bills, duplicate charges, incorrect billing information and data import failures.

Eligibility

Candidates should have 1–4 years of experience and must have mandatory experience in international processes. A full-time graduation in any discipline is required. Candidates should have good English communication skills and be comfortable handling both calls and operational data.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas, is required. Experience in billing, finance operations, data processing or customer support can be relevant for the role.
