About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive, the selected candidates will handle customer queries and concerns through email and chat support. The role requires providing accurate and timely solutions while maintaining professionalism in written communication. Candidates will also be expected to manage multiple customer interactions, update customer records, follow process guidelines and meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility
