ATAIN In Manyata Tech Park Walk-in Interview for Live Chat Process – 200 Openings

ATAIN is conducting a walk-in interview in Bangalore for the Live Chat Process with 200 openings. Candidates with 6 months to 4 years of BPO or travel industry experience can apply. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

The role involves handling customer, client and vendor queries through support channels, using computer applications, following process guidelines and escalating issues whenever required. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and good problem-solving abilities.

The position requires candidates to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts. Applicants should also be comfortable with a blended Voice, Chat and Email process.

Selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, clients and vendors, handling queries, working on computer applications and following the required contact centre processes. The role may also involve attending training sessions and escalating customer concerns to the appropriate team.

Good written and spoken English, interpersonal skills, computer knowledge and a strong process-oriented approach are required for this position. Any Graduates and undergraduate dropouts with atleast 6 months to 4 years of BPO or travel experience can attend this walkin.
