[24]7.ai is conducting a walk-in drive in Bengaluru for Process Associate – International Chat Process positions. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with up to 5 years of experience. The position involves providing customer support to international customers through chat, making it suitable for candidates who are confident in written English and comfortable handling customer queries in a professional manner.

The selected candidates will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, resolving queries through chat and maintaining the required customer service and quality standards. Since this is an international process, candidates should have strong English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts. The position is office-based, with five working days and two rotational weekly off days.

Job Summary

What You Will Do

As a Process Associate, you will communicate with international customers through chat and assist them with their questions, concerns and service-related requirements. You will need to understand the issue correctly, provide appropriate solutions and ensure a professional customer experience while maintaining process and quality standards.

Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply. Candidates who have completed PUC, a 3-year Diploma, undergraduate or graduation in any stream are eligible. Candidates with experience in non-BPO industries may also be considered. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required, along with the ability to handle customer conversations professionally. Immediate joiners who are comfortable with rotational shifts and working from the office can apply.
