As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist customers over phone calls regarding SBI Mutual Fund products and services. Your job includes answering customer queries about mutual fund schemes, SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans), investment values, transaction status, account statements, folio details, and redemption requests. You will help customers understand different investment options and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
This role is suitable for B.Com and M.Com freshers who are interested in finance, banking, customer service, or investment products. Candidates with good communication skills and a basic understanding of commerce or financial concepts can apply.
Candidates should have good spoken English and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, investment products, banking, finance, and customer service will be helpful, but freshers can also apply.
