As a Customer Service Executive, you will assist customers with enquiries related to paint products or tyre services through voice support. Your job will be to answer customer questions, provide product or service information, register complaints if required, and guide customers with the correct solutions. You should communicate politely, understand customer requirements, and maintain good service quality during every interaction.
This role is suitable for candidates who have good communication skills and can speak English, Hindi, and any two South Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam. Freshers who are interested in starting their career in the BPO industry can also apply.
