Job Role & Who Can Apply
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the right candidates for different IT positions. Your daily work includes searching profiles on job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, talking to candidates, understanding their skills, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and helping them throughout the hiring process until they join.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and identify suitable candidates for technologies like Java, .NET, Python, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and many other IT roles.
This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy interacting with people, have good communication skills, and want to build a long-term career in IT recruitment.
Skills Required
Candidates should have:
- Experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment
- Good knowledge of sourcing candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn
- Understanding of different IT technologies and job roles
- Basic knowledge of Boolean Search will be an advantage
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Experience in interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
- Good negotiation skills during offer discussions
- Ability to work on multiple positions at the same time
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve hiring targets
