Job Role & Who Can Apply
In this role, you will provide technical support to global customers through calls and emails. Your work includes helping users with common technical issues like VPN, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, operating systems, drivers, and basic networking. You will also work on ticketing tools and make sure customer issues are resolved on time.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts for this job, as it involves supporting the US time zone. Before the actual work deployment, selected candidates will undergo a mandatory 2-month training at Infosys Mysore Campus.
