The company is hiring for Associate and Senior Associate roles with 100+ openings. If you have good English communication skills and want to start your career in an international BPO, this walk-in drive is worth checking out.

Job Summary

Major Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and providing quick and accurate solutions. The role includes understanding customer concerns, responding professionally, resolving product or service-related issues, and delivering a good customer experience.

The position also involves maintaining chat records, collecting customer information when required, following company processes during every interaction, and meeting quality and productivity targets while working with international customers.

Candidates will get two weeks off in this process, with two way cab facility.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role should:

• Have completed 12th, Diploma, Graduation, or B.E./B.Tech.
• Be a fresher or have relevant BPO experience.
• Have good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
• Be comfortable working from the office.
• Be available for immediate joining if selected.
• Candidates who attended a 24/7.ai interview within the last 30 days are not eligible.
