Infosys BPM in Electronic City, Bengaluru is conducting a Walk-in drive for Fraud Analyst, Risk & Operations & Transaction Monitoring Domain. This walk-in interview is going to happen on 9th July 2026 (Thursday), for graduates with 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field. Candidates with good analytical skills and an interest in fraud and risk management are best fit for this role.

As this is going to be an international support role, candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts. Designation for the selected candidates will be Process Specialist with a job level of 3A. All other details of the walk-in interview are given below, with job responsibilities and eligibility criteria.

Major Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily transactions and reviewing alerts to identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities. The role involves verifying flagged transactions, coordinating with banks and internal teams, and taking the necessary action based on the risk assessment to protect both customers and the business.

The position also includes maintaining accurate records of all risk-related activities, supporting fraud investigations, ensuring merchants follow company policies, and resolving alerts within the required timelines. Candidates will work closely with different teams while helping improve fraud prevention and maintaining service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this role should:

• Be a graduate from a recognized university.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Have basic knowledge of Google Workspace or similar office tools.
• Be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Have an interest in fraud prevention, risk operations, or financial services.
• Previous experience in risk, fraud, payments, or banking operations will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

• Any two Government ID proofs (PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID).
• Original educational documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation marks cards and degree certificates).
• Smartphone with a good front camera, charger, and headset for the online assessment.

An important instruction to the candidates is that candidates appearing for the interview are not allowed to carry laptops and cameras inside the campus, due to security policies. and must carry an original Government ID card for security clearance.
