Major Job Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be helping the company hire the right people for different teams. Your daily work will include screening resumes, speaking with candidates, scheduling interviews, following up with applicants, and keeping them informed during the hiring process.
You’ll also use LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing methods to find suitable candidates. Apart from hiring, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to maintain candidate pipelines and help fill open positions on time.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this role, candidates should:
- Have 0 to 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Be confident in speaking and writing English.
- Have basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or candidate sourcing.
