Major Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with client companies. The role also involves assessing candidate’s communication and technical skills, maintaining candidate records, building strong relationships with applicants, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Experienced recruiters may also handle key client accounts, lead recruitment teams, and coordinate hiring activities for leading MNCs.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role should:
- Be a graduate in any discipline.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Freshers interested in HR recruitment can apply.
- Experienced recruiters with 1–2 years of recruitment experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet is an advantage.
- Have good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Be willing to work in a day shift from Monday to Saturday.
